By commissioning me, you agree to these terms whether or not you've actually read through them all.• Please do not rush me. Besides these models just taking a long time to make naturally, especially if you want multiple outfits, hairstyles, etc, I have a lot of things going on besides working on models and rushing me will effect the quality of your model.• I'm not accepting refund requests, except for under specific dire circumstances that would keep me from being able to finish your model such as, but not limited to, becoming very ill, my equipment being ruined, natural disasters, or sudden emergencies.• You can't modify, change, or trace my work without my permission.• I will send you any and all files by Email in ZIP files.• Please post with credit as @Goblins _ Magic _ Apl (on Twitter, without spaces between the underscores)• If you dont want me to make any WIP or progress posts with your model, there will be an extra $10 fee (Privacy Fee) because posts like these help me advertise and potentially get me new clients.• You can use the commission result as thumbnails, but remember to credit me.• Commercial use permission will provided at an additional small fee that will need to be discussed.
Reproductions or alterations of the final piece for monetary purposes such as, but not exclusive to, NFTs, blockchain and/or crypto, AI work or AI data training or resale are NOT permitted. Violation of this will lead to a permanent blacklist for future pieces and loss of rights to artwork.• For Vtuber Models, you will need to pay 20% of the total price upfront. I will not start the model until I receive the first 20%. Once I finish the model, you will need to send the other 80% of the payment before you receive the email with your files.
